PIO BRUN, one of the finest master chocolate makers (I would dare to say, without exaggeration, in the world), who sadly is no longer with us.

ROGELIO LAVIADA: Pio's son-in-law and collaborator for the last 35 years.

MARIA GLORIA, ANGELES AND EVA: daughters and heirs to the knowledge and art of their father and Master.

Together with all of us, and over many years, Pio inspired, trained and prepared a team, with the intention that when he was gone, we would take over this profession, which he enjoyed so much and to which he dedicated his entire life. I sincerely believe that he succeeded.

Somehow, I know that he is still with us.
